Alothemes develops and provides Magento Themes.

By purchasing the theme, the customer agrees to the license agreement related to the theme. The up to date version of the license agreement is available below.

Customer Account

Customers can set up a customer’s account with Alothemes to purchase themes.

However, Alothemes also offers to the customers also the possibility to set up a customer’s account without the need to purchase any theme from Alothemes.

The purpose of the customer’s account is, among other things, to inform the customers of Alothemes on updates of the theme in case the customer purchased the theme developed by Alothemes.

Conclusion of the License Agreement

The customer may place an order to purchase the software through the existing customer’s account.

Once the customer’s order is placed with Alothemes and the payment is made by the customer, Alothemes will provide the customer with the respective invoice regarding the payment for the license to the theme (such an invoice is made available to the customer through the customer’s account).

Alothemes is entitled to deny any services or sell any product to any customer or to cease to provide any services to any customer in case such a customer violates in any way any right of Alothemes.

Payment And Delivery Policy

The customer can pay by using a credit card or by Paypal.

The customer can download the theme through the customer’s account at any time (after payment has been made). Once the theme is downloaded, the customer can copy it on the customer’s site and customize it according to the customer’s needs and preferences.

The information about the theme of Alothemes including the prices is available on the website of Alothemes. In case the customer needs any further information on the products of Alothemes, Alothemes will provide the customer with any such information.

Refund Rules

If you are not satisfied with any of our service or product features, feel free to contact us. We are so happy when you choose our products and also feel thankful when you contribute to us your comments which will make us complete and develop our products/ services to become better. We are willing to help you make your refund within 30 days from the date of your purchase.

Important Notes:

• All refund requests submitted after 30 days are not accepted
• Check our demo and description of products before purchasing them
• The refund has not covered the fee of customized work, installation fees, support fees, conflicts resolution
• After the refund process is completed, please make sure that our themes are removed from your website, no our products/ services on refund requests are using, too.

Some cases of refund may not be given:

If the product is as described and work properly the way it should, the refund will not be accepted in some cases like the following:

• You don’t want it after download it
• You do not have enough expertise to use the product
• The product did not meet your expectation
• The product is purchased by your mistake
• You simply change your mind after purchasing it

Update Policy

Alothemes offers free lifetime updates for theme purchases by its customers. The latest versions of the purchased extensions can be found in the customer’s account. Alothemes reserves the right to exclude any product from the sales at any time. In such a case, Alothemes will cease to develop and offer to its customers any update of such a product.

Theme updates are provided only for the Magento version branch, for which the software was purchased (for example, if a customer buys the theme for Magento 1.X.X, updates and support will be provided only for Magento of 1.X.X version branch. Updates for Magento of 2.X.X versions will not be provided for free even if the period of free updates and support will still be pending).
