At the first level, you are a Silver partner, you will get 20% off on every purchase.

After accumulating $ 3,000 spent (within 12 months), you become a Gold Partner and receive a 33% discount on every purchase.

After accumulating $ 6000 spent (within 12 months), you will become a Platinum Partner and get 50% off on every purchase.

If the accumulated amount is less than 500 $ after 1 year, you will be downgraded to a regular account.

For the Gold and Platinum Partner, if the 12-month accumulation is failed to reach its Gold ($ 3.000 and $ 6.000), it will be downgraded.

Cases that fail to meet the minimum spending commitment will be downgraded on 1 January each year, except for partners less than 12 months from the time of registration.

Alothemes will provide partners the first 1 year free for all the paid Magento extensions you have purchased in our store (free extensions are not included).

However, we may refuse to support in case the extension code is changed, modified, or added to the original code.

If you feel unsatisfied with our products, we will refund you.

Please notice that every refund will be excluded from the total spending accumulation amount of Partner in the last 12 months.

Alothemes can terminate the partnership without prior notice if the partner violates the terms, conditions, or has unacceptable behavior.

Both parties have the right to terminate cooperation by special notice.
